Well, start your space mission to the “CeMeBo Club“ planet and travel about the Universe full of advantages. Cemebo guide will be your assistent in this mission. Collect the points – “cemebo points” along with him. The more cemebo points you collect, the more interesting advantages you will use.
SThe starting position is at the rocket base from where you start your mission. You get a lot of advantages and also a gift of your choice at the appropriate value for conquering each of the planets. Your mission is successfully completed after conquering the CeMeBo Club planet and placing your flag.

In return for the cemebo points you collect to your account, you will get products and gifts presented on our www pages in section ”Summary of bonuses and gifts“. In order to start, you need at least 100 cemebo points. To conquer the CeMeBo Club planet, you need to acquire 3,000 cemebo points.

By completing a short questionnaire and after sending it off, you become a CeMeBo Club member. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of your registration. The cemebo points will be automatically added to every customer right after registration and its subsequent confirmation.

You fill find the current summary of acquired cemebo points after log into our web http://www.cemebo.cz. If you are interested, you can receive a detailed e-mail statement with your score.

Do you buy printed circuit boards? Do you object to high costs of technical documentation and production set-up? Become CeMeBo Club members and do not pay them at all. Furthermore, you can make use of job order discount or for example, the indulgence.
As a token of appreciation of your purchase orders, you will get a gift of your choice every time you exceed the score limit.

1. CeMeBo Club is a loyalty program for all customers of CeMeBo spol. s.r.o., based at Porici 2396/42, 678 01 Blansko, IC 60719401, DIC: CZ60719401, incorporated in the Trade Register kept at the Regional Commercial Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 16366.

2. The scheme will last from December 2008 until cancelled.

3. The customer becomes a CeMeBo Club member after registration on our web pages www.cemebo.cz

4. By registration on Internet pages http://www.cemebo.cz the CeMeBo Club member permits CeMeBo s.r.o. to process his/her personal data provided by completing the registration form for an indefinite period.

5. The registration has been taking place since December 2008. The cemebo points will be automatically added to every customer right after registration and its subsequent confirmation. The customers who will manage to register in December will be automatically given extra 10 points for starting.

6. You will find out your current score and acquired points after login to our web pages www.cemebo.cz and entering your user name and password. Your account is reviewed once a week and points are added up for executed invoicing. If required, the customer will be sent quarterly a detailed statement indicating the points acquired.

7. The points are added in the categories according to the appropriate tables as follows:

   7.2. PURCHASE ORDER

       7.2.1. Every incoming purchase order – Three points will be automatically put to customer's account for every incoming purchase order

       7.2.2. Purchase order for a new PCB – Another five points will be added to the customer for every new printed circuit board in the purchase order

       7.2.3. Correctly completed purchase order form – Two points will be added to the customer for correctly completed purchase order form The purchase order form containing all the particulars needed for processing will only be considered as the correctly completed one. The data are: name of the order party, purchase order number, 13-digit identification number, PCB name, price and date.

   7.3. JOB ORDER SIZE IN M2 Every incoming purchase order will be put to the appropriate metre category and he job order will be given the appropriate number of points. If more types of PCB is in the purchase order, metres of individual DPS types are summed up.

   7.4. INVOICING AMOUNT The invoicing amount is the one invoiced for a job order, including VAT, expressage and extra costs. Points for invoicing will be reviewed once a week and consequently will be added to the customer's account.

8. 8. CeMeBo spol. s.r.o. reserves the right not to add the points to the point account or to subtract them from the point account if:
• The points were acquired contrary to the loyalty program rules
• The points were acquired by mistake or by technical error of the system
• The points are bound to a cancelled or credited job order
• For other reasons

9. 9. The customer enjoys benefits for collected points, however, only within the appropriate category of acquired points. If the customer exceeds two boundaries at the same time with one purchase order, he/she enjoys the advantages right from the higher category of points.

MATURITY and DISCOUNT: The customer derives benefit from extended maturity, namely 20, 30, 35, 45 and 60 days. But if he/she pays within 14 days from the date of issue of invoice, he/she is entitled to the discount in percentages 0.5; 1; 1.5; 2 and 2.5% of the invoiced job order.

TECHNICAL PREPARATION: The customer derives benefit from preferential costs of PCB planning, namely 20, 30, 50% rebate, all-inclusive expenses amounting to CZK 500.00 for single-sided PCBs, CZK1,000.00 for double-side PCBs, or the technical preparation is free of charge.

10. The rebates in individual point categories are not summed up.

11. The customer is given a gift of his/her choice in the appropriate amount for exceeding the given point category boundaries. If the customer exceeds two boundaries at the same time with one purchase order, he/she is automatically given a more valuable gift.

12. The operator reserves the right to change these Rules as well as the contents of the www.cemebo.cz pages unilaterally, namely the right to change the turnover points and the evaluation of a particular reward offered (e.g. currency devaluation, change in production costs). The operator will inform about the above mentioned changes via his web pages.

13. The CeMeBo Club loyalty program is created with a longtime intention. However, the operator reserves the right to terminate unilaterally the loyalty program any time. The termination of the program on the particular date will be declared by the operator by a statement on web pages http://www.cemebo.cz at least one calendar month before the termination date of the program.
